Delete your account and data

You can delete your Avelor account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:

• Open Profile
• Go to Privacy
• Tap Delete account and confirm

The deletion is immediate and irreversible. You are signed out the moment it completes.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login (email, sessions)
• Your health profile (goals, sensitivities, medications, biological details)
• Your supplement stack and saved products
• Your scans and scan history
• Your journal check-ins and generated insights
• Connected wearable data (Oura, WHOOP) and any uploaded health reports (bloodwork, genome)
• The typed health facts used to personalize your experience

Any active subscription is canceled as part of deletion, so you are not billed again. Anonymized analytics records that no longer identify you may be retained.

If you cannot access the app, email ben@scandose.com from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. No login is required to make the request.

• In-app deletion: immediate. Your data is removed and you are signed out right away.
• Email request: processed and confirmed within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.
